However, if you’re in the Los Angeles area and don’t want to deal with holiday traffic, your best bet is Burke Williams! While I have reviewed most of the locations in Southern California, I wanted to visit the Hollywood location which was not far from me. It was so convenient, close by and even has it’s own designated parking for free!

• I opted for the 80 minute Spa Style Facial which was a comprehensive treatment with many layers. I was most impressed with Rachel, who was my aesthetician because she was very thorough in the protocol they have, asking a detailed overview of my skincare regimen. (For example, I just started using prescription Retin A from my dermatologist and the specific spa treatment involved something like a microdermabrasion which she had to eliminate because it was not in sync with the peeling layers from the prescription cream.)
• That was very important to note, otherwise I would have had a more radical reaction. In addition she was able to replace some of the treatment with a more hydrating layer of serums and peptides. The H2V skin care line is very high quality and covers a multitude or skin therapies that are highly refined and if used consistently in sync with all the products can elevate your skincare routine!

For my customized treatment, she began with a gentle, non-stripping double cleanse featuring the H2V Hydrate creamy cleanser and Complete gel cleanser. Next, two antioxidant-rich peels, enriched with enzymes and lactic acid, worked to firm, brighten, and detoxify my skin.
